We are people from all over the world that share a love for the Verdiblanco jersey and to be able to follow the football team we have in our hearts, we wish that the Real Betis management could take the initiative to host a English speaking Real Betis website. On that site there should be some news, articles, Verdiblanco shop and other media for the fans outside Spain as it is on Real Betis.es

If other Betis fans from outside Spain support this idea please respond to this message.

    Viva Betis!!

The oficial website is very poor, my friend. The information in Spanish is incomplete and old, with a personal view of our team that isn't true.

Many things are bad in our team...

              Verdiblanco de Holanda,
I understand what you mean. Many teams have their website in English, because they know that having supporters all over the world can bring revenue and prestige to the club.
However, Betis management can be compared to a cortijo. i don't know how to say this in English, the closest I can think of is a "ranch" (if you have read any of John Steinbeck's novels, you may know what I mean). And I am very sad to tell you this, it hurts to see your club managed as if we were in the 1950s.

Even our greatest rivals, the Palanganas (=chamber pots, aka Sevilla FC), they have an English version (and even a Japanese version of their site). So now you can understand where they are, and where we are.

The words "Think Big" have a different meaning for Don Manuel, the owner of the ranch. For him it is to have a bust sculpture of himself presiding on a match against our rivals.
              Picture here.
              And that's only an example.

Cheers and thank you for posting and supporting Betis from abroad!!

You summed up exactly the points I mean.
About the sculpture, how big must your ego been and how stupid you must been to do this. This is an insult to the Real Betis footballclub and their supporters
