Round 2: Getafe Vs. Real Betis

This is another tough game for us I believe. Getafe got a good result last week and with the likes of Granero and Soldado around, they'll always cause some trouble. We did well last year to get a point away from home to them and our home win was fantastic, but I think this may be a harder game. Lot's of new signings should be on show for us too which may provide a spark for us. I think points in games like these are imperative as we have a tough calendar ahead of us with Sevilla, Barcelona, Villarreal and Madrid all ahead. It's vital we get at the very least a draw.

I don't think so... they said he wouldn't be able to play for 5 or 6 weeks. Playing agains Sevilla FC could be risky, and he could end injured.

Speaking of which, I know Chaparro prefers Casto, but in general what do the fans in Seville think of the goalkeeping situation? Do you prefer Casto or Ricardo?

Casto impressed me greatly last season, I never expected him to be as good, but I do think Ricardo is just as good for reflex saves, has a better command of the area and his distribution of the ball is far superior to that of Casto's.

A Lot of people in Seville prefer Ricardo because he is international but he has not demonstrated anything in the Betis. Casto is a young goalkeeper (25 years) and almost all the matchs that he has played, have been good
